You can change the audio settings of your Nest Hub Max in the Google Home app to improve the sound quality. To adjust bass and treble level:
- Make sure your mobile device or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as your Nest Mini.
- Open the Google Home app.
- Tap the device you want to adjust > and then Settings > and then Audio and then Equalizer.
- Adjust Bass and Treble level.
Netflix is a fully supported streaming app on Nest Hub Max. We recommend unlinking and relinking Netflix on Nest Hub Max by following the guide on our help page: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7214982

They have been using it daily. We have used ours daily for over 2 years. Great product! The only thing I wish is more power so the UI/UX could be more snappy.

I would say it was worth the money but for some older people a little bit more difficult to navigate and understand. Camera moves within a certain range when walking around. We need to buy the stand though to make it easier to use it in multiple rooms w/open view that can turn or tilt it without having to move it yourself for better coverage of that area. We had looked at other options and this one seems to be more compatible for different apps/devices that other options out there.
