Great addition to Google Home lineup

I am using it also as a security camera for the house which is very convenient. Speakers are good. I like that it tell me what is going for the day when I walk nearby. Overall, good addition. Four stars because the whole Google Home infrastructure is still pretty buggy!

It also acts like another interior security camera for us as well. It became more useful than I imagined.

I am using it as a new generation bedroom clock radio alarm. Best buy experience was easy and I was happy to pick it up close to home and pay the same price

Put one in the kitchen and one in the office. Love it for doing recipes and the fact that it can be use hands free just say hey Google next step and it will tell you the next step is great!

However the interface is bulky, clumsy and hard to navigate. The interface also lacks the ability to customize it.

Best smart assistant in the market

Does this one trick great without me ever having to intervine.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For what it does, it's an excellent product, but I have to say it was frustratingly difficult to connect to my existing internet and it doesn't seem to recognize all my devices. baby brother of this device works better than the Alexa counterpart in terms of controlling lights and other devices.I do not regret the purchase because of the price I paid but if I paid full price I would.

Went on line to see if any body fixed this problem. I think Google has to make an upgrade

May we suggest that you retrain your Nest Hub Max to better recognize your voice as this may help with voice control. We also suggest adjusting the Hotword sensitivity as it may also be helpful with the issue. You may follow the steps below to help improve your experience:
Retrain Voice Match:
- On your phone or tablet, open the Google Home app.
- At the top right, tap your Profile picture or initial and then Assistant settings and then Voice Match.
- Tap Teach your Assistant your voice again and then Retrain.
Change Nest Hub Max's Hotword sensitivity:
- Open your Google Home app.
- Select your Nest Hub Max.
- At the top right, tap the Settings (Gear) icon.
- Then tap Audio.
- Then tap "Hey Google" sensitivity and adjust the slider to make your Nest Hub Max more responsive to the Hotword.
If you've done these steps already or if the issue still persists, then we advise that you contact us so we can assist you further with this and check the functionality of your App as well. It is a great tool for her to keep track of her pet dog and communicate with us. It makes a great alarm clock and displays pictures.
