The sound is very transparent and dynamic. Here's the huge problem with it, the app Google Home is very unrefined as there are several bugs. The picture quality is great, although it should have a maximum brightness of 30% more than what it is.

I have ir in my kitchen and I use it daily. The quality of the sound it’s great and if you connect it with other google hubs it’s even better.

On top of all the things I can do for Google and nest, this is also a secondary screen for Kids you can play anything on YouTube for kids also a big plus is I can stream Disney+ from my phone to the Google hub. Spend the money it’s worth it

Well worth it to get the camera! We use Google duo with our family every day with our little one. Plus it tracks your face as you walk around your home so you don't have to move the camera!

It is nice to be able to ask a question and get the answer without having to empty your hands to pick up your phone. It works well with our video doorbells too.

The Max exceeded my expectations in every way. The sound is better than my stereo system. The camera is very nice. During DUO calls it will follow you around the room. It responds great to hand gestures as well. It is a great addition to my Smart Home.

I have only had it for a week and my main reason for purchasing was to help remind me to do things and control automated things like lights, robo vac, thermostat, etc. without grabbing my phone. I look forward to learning what more it can do.

Love using it to tell me what the next step for cooking. Love looking at my photos but for some reason it does not like to give me my photos. Like that I can control everything in my home. My kiddo uses him to give answers. The screen size is so nice.

Must have for a smart home. The sound quality is great, the user interface is simple and easy to use. Doesnt seem to get as many fingerprint marks as my other smarf screens. Very happy with my purchase!

Bought this for my step dad after my mom passed so he can keep in touch with the rest of the family by video not just audio. Easy to install and set up

This thing is just great! Perfect for staying in touch with aging parents. The instructions are relatively straightforward and I love that the camera follows the subject in the room as you video conference. A well done product.

Great and easy product to have at the house love it

This is a great item, love how it finds photos you have not seen in years and shows them to you. We have it in our Kitchen. I would highly recommend it but it is pricey. Only recently got it so still learning about it.

We have continued to expand our home system and this has been a great addition. We really like the smart products and have pivoted to almost exclusively the Nest brand with a lot of success.

Camera works great for DUO calls and has a cool feature that follows you so the it stays focused on you. Sound is much better than the Nest Hub and has just enough bass to make the sound full without too much kick

Love this. I had the smaller 7” and wanted a larger screen. Works as it should. I wish the switch to turn off the camera/microphone was separate from one another. In my case, I’d turn off the camera almost full time, but leave the microphone active. Got this on sale for Black Friday. Great deal.
