Easy to set up and user friendly(mom is in her 90s) video calling is an added bonus. Highly recommend.

I love having the camera for video calls and the speakers are a lot louder if you are playing music.

Here are some recommended steps you can try that can prove to be helpful with the connectivity issue:
- Check for possible congestion in your Wi-Fi network. Removing some of your connected devices can help free up some bandwidth space. You may then check to see if you will still experience the same connectivity issue.
- You may also check for possible sources of interference such as the thick walls and appliances in your home.
- Resetting Nest Hub Max is also a good idea to try out. This process will erase all data and you may need to set up your account again. To reset, check out this link: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7073477

Love that you can say "goodnight" and it will turn off lights, turn on TV, ask for alarm time, etc. The sound is really good. Have 1 in the bedroom and one in the kitchen

Sound quality is amazing, I did not expect to be blown away by how loud it is. ZERO disappointment, ended up coming and getting a second!
