We had our daughter during covid and have been socially distancing. We had a Hub and loved it, so we bought one for both sets of grandparents. Has got my non smartphone using mom to video chat with everyone on a nearly daily basis. Easy to use and we all love them!

Upgraded from the smaller Nest Hub display. I use this device in my kitchen and the extra screen real estate is great for looking up recipes or checking the weather from across the room. The real reason I upgraded was for improved audio and I'm very impressed - music sounds great even at higher volumes (although I usually use it for podcasts which sound loud and clear). Very happy with this upgrade and the price is pretty good as well.

I now own 3 of these. They do so much and offer so many options for smart home features. Control my lights, set timers and reminders, news, everything you can think of. Even my stock portfolio. I want this in every room. Sound quality is great as well.

Easy to use fun to see rotating pictures and hands free control

This is a very useful and nice addition to using as several items in one. I love the ease of use vs. Amazon Echo products. So far this has been an amazing find.

It pretty much like an Alexa whereas, u can ask questions and it responds. I don’t like the fact that it states keep 8 inches between u and the unit bc of radiation. At this point I’m ready to get rid of all electronics bc of radiation. Overall it is a good product and easy to use

Just bought 3 of these to replace our echo show devices. Far superior to the Amazon product for us.

This thing has become a staple in our everyday life. It displays news for us, plays music, acts as a timer when cooking, and even acts as a security camera! One of the best purchases of the year 100%

I upgraded to the larger screen Max after owning the regular size Hub. While I still like the regular hub for locations like the nightstand, this is great for areas like the kitchen where you need the larger display. Plus, google is much better at voice interactions than Alexa.

I’m still playing around with this but so far I love it. Love that I can control my entire smart home with it. Love that I can watch YouTube TV while I’m cooking in the kitchen. Great sound and picture quality. I would love it more if it worked better with my Nest smoke detectors.

We he Google Hub Max is like having an iPad in the kitchen but it listens to you and provides recipes and other information with the touch screen capability. Definitely a +10x better upgrade from the Google Home which crapped out. Also sound output for music is very good.

My family loves this! We have Google Home assistant but i wanted something with a video display. The 10 inch screen is perfect plus it has many other features that the Google assistant doesn't have. I am verypleased with this purchase, you will not be disappointed at all.

I have owned a 7” google home hub for over a year, but upgrading to the larger screen size was the right choice. It’s a great device if you have a YouTubeTv account, but overall love it as a digital photo frame and all of the smart features that it has.

A month in, and it works great. It connects all my google products and creates a central control hub. My kids love it since its very intuitive with the google assistant. I would recommend this over the smaller one. The added value is worth the upgrade.

I received one for Christmas from my hubby and we recently purchased one for my 83 year old Dad. We absolutely love it! The ability to listen to music and the news with this device....is absolutely the best!! Best Buy’s delivery and customer service is top notch.

What a great product for notifying us when someone is at the front door and the extra benefits of having Google assistant whenever we need it. Also love being able to do video calls while someone is cooking dinner. Video quality could be a little better during video calls though.

I had the smaller screen in my kitchen and since have moved that to the family room and the larger screen is in the kitchen. I love it! It is great to have to watch recipe videos while I am cooking.
