The new photo album
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy setup, decent footprint, and pleasent sound. The only drawback is the shutter blocks both the camera and the microphone turning this into a dumb display. Nothing a stick on shutter can't solve.

We understand that having the ability to turn the camera off, leaving the microphone on, with a button on the actual hub can be a convenience for you. Although there’s no physical button to control just the camera on or off, you can use the software control that can be accessed via the quick settings tray on your Nest display. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and tap the Camera icon.

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. We´re sorry to hear that your Nest Hub Max is freezing and doesn't work sometimes.
Freezing issues with Nest Hub Max can be related to congestion with your Wi-Fi network. We recommend disconnecting some of your devices on your Wi-Fi network to free up some bandwidth. You may then try checking if your Nest Hub Max will freeze. Once you verify that congestion is present, then you may need to contact your Internet service provider for resolution.
