A great home system for just about everything from vidoe to audio.

I love the big east to see screen and the mic picks up great.

I'm barely into a full day with it, and it has a lot of issues. First, setup of current Google Nest devices was not intuitive and troublesome, Google-adjacent devices didn't setup as advertised. It drops my Nest cam livestream constantly, and even says it is not available for 10 minutes at a time when it clearly is on the Google Home phone app, or the Nest app. It doesn't understand reasonable commands related to operation when asking to open things that are titled exactly that on the device. The initial interface is.....dumb. Weird, not clearly marked pull down / out menus from all directions and clunky navigation make it more annoying. I also find it strange the the device camera won't work if viewing another camera. Not a deal breaker there, but it won't record to the cloud service for as long as viewing.

I've got all my smart devices connected to it, and use it as an indoor camera. It's awesome.

Google Nest Hub Max was a great replacement for a small older TV we had on the kitchen counter.

I like it but feel like the screen should be a little bit larger. Fairly easy to navigate. My mom (73) and nephew (4) are really enjoying it.

We got this for my in laws because we have loved ours. They have been using it daily. We have used ours daily for over 2 years. Great product! The only thing I wish is more power so the UI/UX could be more snappy.

I brought this device as I really wanted to see what the big talk was about! I can truly say I love this device and glad I brought it! I’m able to place video calls from my cell to my kids and actually see them! I like the fact that I can ask google to do so many things! I’m looking to purchase more google items so I can really take advantage of all the things this device offers! Great investment!

Set up was a little awkward but we resolved our issues after a few days. Great sound and video clarity. Exactly what I expected.

The bass on the max is exceptional. I would recommend this also if you want a camera and video to communicate with loved ones.
