Multi-room audio is great when supported. Sound output is decent for its size. Ambient display is neat. What needs improvement: A year and a half after buying it's still functional, albeit slow The UI update they released makes the interface stutter. Assistant can sometimes not respond at all or be delayed in answering. I've compared the performance to my Echo Show, and while it beats it out on general queries no, though that wasn't the case prior, so good to see progress there. By far the most annoying thing is that you cannot separate audio volume from voice and media, so if you're watching a show or movie then ask it a question you're going to get a very loud Assistant voice. For home control the interface is better than the Echo Show, though a bit delayed sometimes. There is no "short response" option so telling it to turn off lights will not result in a short response. One more feature this thing could benefit from is volume normalization considering the large speaker on it. Lastly, there is no news feed option in case you want to see what kind of bad stuff is going on in the world. Maybe that's by design.
