    For some resone google decided not to include a keyboard on thia screen. It only has voice prompts. It is very frustrating and limiting sometimes. Also the camera never works. Since I have installed it camera has not worked for than a month. I reset the device and it worked for a week and gone again.

      Hi there, Asad. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the camera on the Nest Hub Max — it seems out of the ordinary. You may need to factory reset your device and start fresh — here’s how:

      1. Make sure to save any video recordings you want to keep from your device's history.
      2. Remove your Nest Hub Max from the Google Home app.
      3. To reset your Nest Hub Max, press and hold both volume buttons on the back for approximately 10 seconds. Your device will indicate when the reset has begun.
