In general, it is a good product, but not excellent. My only complaint is that the voice recognition could use some improving but all in all, I like (not love) the product. I just don't think it is worth the price that is being charged ($229) but I am hoping with future upgrades, I will feel it was worth its inflated price tag.

While it does all the basic things you would expect, I find it great that if you have YouTube TV, you can use Google Assistant to play a show or channel on this device.

Not worth the stress

I traded it in and got the amazon echo 15 and LOVE it. Best buy was not at fault. The return process was very easy and quick even the day after black friday.
