Great Hub Preffered Over Amazon Echo

Video calls are crisp and clear, however sometimes lag. Functionality and integration work perfectly.

Both the screen sensitivity and lag issue may be related to a connectivity issue on Nest Hub Max. If you haven’t tried yet, you may try the following:
- Restart both your Wi-Fi router and Nest Hub Max to refresh their connection.
- If you have a dual band router, try setting up your Nest Hub Max on either the 2.4GHz or 5GHz bands and see which band provides a stable connection.
- We also recommend checking for possible congestion with your Wi-Fi network. If you're experiencing spotty connection or weak signal, we recommend checking your Wi-Fi network to see if your bandwidth is congested. This may happen if you have too many devices connected on the same bandwidth or if your network package is not enough to handle the data traffic on the network. Removing other connected devices to your Wi-Fi may relieve network congestion.

Seems like Amazon Alexa has more partnerships with manufacturers for their skills. I like the ability to watch my YouTube vids and podcasts on the device.

However even witth my second replacement of this device a black screen persists. Best Buy and Google helplines have been super efficient over chat and with the 15 day return policy, I'm going to try and get one more replacement to see if the freezing/black screen issue persists. Apart from that, it's amazing.
