It's fun to be able to be outside of my home and talk to family members at home. Sometimes the Nest is frustrating while trying to select different programs.

Posted .Hi Rachel, thanks for taking the time to write this review about the Nest Hub Max, and we're glad that you love it. You can use familiar face detection (with Nest Aware) to teach the Nest Cam on Nest Hub Max how to recognise faces of people that you know and notify you when it sees people that you don't know. Over time, facial recognition becomes more accurate at determining faces that you know and can send you more helpful alerts. You can also manage your familiar face library to change a person’s name or remove familiar people from the library. Bad from start

Set it up close to Google IQ indoor camera. It had trouble connecting to Netgear or CenturyLink while IQ camera has excellent delivery of video to android phones. Hub Max had displayed video once and went black for the whole evening. I did research and found that it had problems with many routers. So it is a problematic device.
