Google apparently doesn’t make enough money so they are raising there $150 subscription to $200 a year. Nest cameras are slow to log into so we bought this to keep it on the nest door bell camera but it kicks out the camera once or twice a day. You can't show all of your cameras at once either. Only 1 at a time and still takes 5 to 10 seconds to pull up even though we have 600 mbps fiber optic internet service. Super limited for $200 a year subscription.

Set up is incredibly frustrating

The unit has to be setup using an app on YOUR cell phone. It also, without telling you, relies on a bunch of info it silently pulls from the cell phone during setup. The home address of your contact info in the contact record of your cell phone is used to set the time zone and get the local weather...again without making it clear. Then on top of this the support help has been terrible. Each call starts exactly the same with provide them all kinds of info (email, call back number, how did you pay for the device, shipping address, and let put you on hold for 3-5 minutes while they look into it. Then they have you go through a “factory reset” procedure, which, get this, doesn’t fully set the device back to its initial settings, so in some cases you have to ship the device back to them to reset it.
