    It’s poor video recording also every things run with the voice order beside that to see your recorded videos it hard.

    The one we got we havent been able to ise the cameraon, it was a gift and by the time we could get it returned they said it was to late.

    Good feature sets, great for gifting to elder family members. You can manage what they see via google photos. Privacy for the camera is also great. But dead after 3 months of use.

    Camera view from 15 ft is garbage can’t tell who the person is. Camera just stops recording and you have to reset it and then do it all over again in a few days

    The hub seemed really cool and I was excited to use it but the app would not connect to any of my streaming services the way it said it would. I returned this product.

    Useless. Glorified Kindle. Big, Bulky, Clumbsy. No real practial use unless you want to pretend you are a Jetson.

    The Nest Hub Max doesn't function very well. One must give commands multiple before the device performs the task. The audio output of the device is not what one would expect from a premium speaker. Save your money and go with a cheaper alternative.

    Unit broke after a month of use. Won't connect to Wi-Fi at all and Google doesn't want to do warranty replacement as it is beyond return policy with BestBuy.

      A range issue or wireless interference can affect the performance of your display. Sometimes it may pass the connection test during setup, but will struggle to stay connected if it’s just a bit too far away. If you're experiencing a spotty connection or weak signal, we recommend checking your Wi-Fi network to see if your bandwidth is congested. This may happen if you have too many devices connected on the same bandwidth or if your network package is not enough to handle the data traffic on the network. Removing other connected devices to your Wi-Fi may relieve network congestion. If your display is mounted too far from your Wi-Fi router, you may need to extend your Wi-Fi network’s range using an extender, boosters or additional Wi-Fi access points.

    No replacement power cords

    I liked this product a lot. However, if you ever think that something could happened to the power cord, don't buy this as there is no way to get a replacement and you now have a $200 paperweight. And Google support is absolute trash.

    The device would constantly lose the wifi signal even though there is nothing wrong with the wifi. For a device that is dependant on the wifi, without it, it is rendered useless

      We recommend some steps below to help isolate the connectivity issue:
      - Reboot your router.
      - If you have a dual-band router, make sure it is on the 2.4 GHz band for better coverage.
      - Make sure you power the Nest Hub Max with the provided power supply into an open electrical outlet.
      - Try placing your Nest Hub Max device about 20 feet away from your router, or less.
      - Perform a Factory Data Reset on your Nest Hub Max. To reset, check on the back of Nest Hub Max, press and hold both volume buttons together for about 10 seconds. Your Nest Hub Max will let you know that it's resetting.

    The screen flickers and cuts in and out due to a factory defect, it was a gift so I noticed after the 15 return date. I only wish to exchange for a new one.
