Great Product! During COVID it helps bridge the communication gap with our grandparents to have conversations. Great sound! Great picture! Easy to use!

This was my favorite purchase of the year to bring my smarthome together. It is the main hub for all our devices. It runs my nest thermostats, Kasa outlets and switches throughout the house, magic light bulbs, smartlife exterior outlets, and can communicate with my Roku tv's, harmony remote, myQ garage door openers, and my Ambient personal weather station. Nice to have this is our main hub, as we also have the smaller Nest Hubs in the house and several minis. I love that I can watch YouTube TV on it as well. It has a camera built in that we can monitor when away from home and also announces visitors and shows the video from our Nest Hello doorbell.

The Google hub max works great for reading recipes and playing music. The screen size is great and so is the sound.

I really love the large screen and that it links with my nest products so I can display my front doorbell camera and other cameras. Also love the fact that I can play music through it

Very easy to set up. Amazing sound from the speakers. Settings are pretty easy to navigate and downloading the Google home app makes it simple to run through and use as well.

Great gift - my wife loved it - she uses it in the kitchen frequently Very easy to use and great picture. Would recommend. Best Buy generally has a great price.

I love this! I have my photos showing all the time when I'm not using it. I play music when I'm cooking & I'm always asking it something. Each day I have it I find more ways to use it.

No regrets on buying this. It has a great screen, good audio quality, and plenty of functionality. Our primary reason for buying was for video calls with family. This is among the best options with its ability to track you as you move around. The only other device I know of for home use that does this are Facebook Portals, but I'd much rather have a smart device (particularly if you already use Google Home devices). It works great with many of our other smart devices. The couple of items I would like to see improved are better connection to my TV (though this could be the TV...it keeps losing the connection), and the ability to cast the video during calls to a Chromecast on my TV (this seems like an obvious feature that for some reason it does not currently do).

Good screen and usefull to use google assistant. Overall I'm pleased, but just feels a little slow and the audio isn't near what some of the other google speakers are. Good for easy tasks like recipes in the kitchen

Great graphics. Great sound. Definitely better than the original version. Responds well to voice commands.

I have two of the Stardard size hub's and they work great, but I love having the larger screen and camera to may video calls. It works perfectly with my Nest Doorbell cam. When someone rings the doorbell, the video pop's right up on the screen and I have the option to speak through the hub MAX to who ever is at the door.

Yaaaasssss Ma'am!! DO get this!! You will enjoy playing around with and learning all the super cool things it can do. My most used features are viewing photos, DUO and YouTube!! The facebook portal advertises the camera moving with you when you navigate around the room (within view). The Nest Hub Max does too and they don't advertise that feature I learned it does and it's really really cool how it zooms in on you when you move farther away form the camera. I like the synchronization of my other Google devices. Especially the Nest Doorbell. Do Buy this!! you will not be disappointed :)

Great addition to my Google home ensemble. Greets me in the morning, helps with recipes, lists and conversion. Keeps me current on sports, news, & weather. The cam increases home security and my kiddo uses it as another tv/tablet, while I use it for cooking tunes.

Very intuitive system, like tge ability to ask it a question or watch you tube. The camera follows yiu while your on a video call which is really nice

Better than expected. Works great as a digital photo display. Only downsize is the aspect ratio clips part of landscape pictures. I can use it as a Nest security camera as well. I only wish the camera had a night vision setting. Works great for listening to streaming music such as Spotify and watching videos on YouTube and other supported services such as Disney+ and Sling TV. I love having all these features in a relatively small device that is always on and responds to voice commands so I can control it while preparing food, eating up to the counter, or washing dishes in the kitchen.

Great sound and picture. Have the smaller hub snd this one knocks it out of the park. Highly recommended for ease of connection to all google home products

It is a beautiful looking hub that works well and sounds nice.

I enjoy having this in my kitchen so I can take Duo calls and look up my favorite YouTube recipe videos or listen to YouTube music.

Virtually no reason to buy this over a standard speaker assistant. Things this cannot do: Display a website or document independently. Make a video call. Display a calendar view. A cheap tablet will do more than this, better if youre looking for visual interaction. Speaker sounds fine at least. 10/10 would return if it wasnt so far outside of purchase window.

Bought the Hub Max on a recommendation from a Best Buy sales associate. He said that this display has a better processor and speaker than the smaller model. We use the Hub all the time for listening to music and it has a solid camera that we have set up to record if someone enters the room when we aren't in the house. I like this feature because it's almost like having a security system. I have this set up to play my playlists from my Apple music account which is also a nice feature.
