I really like the power of the google search. I like how fast this is. I’m like the picture scroll. I wish it scrolled news. Bestbuy curbside service sucks.

I can monitor my home. Turn lights on and off and can watch from my Nest doorbell as well. This tech helps me take care of me and my home.

The camera is very cool, wish it acted more like a security camera with movement alerts and such (I may of not set it upright, time will tell)

Relatively clear picture quality (not as good as a phone obviously) but usable. Wonderful use case as a photo slideshow display. Another good use case is to have video calls with friends and family who are also on Android phones.

Easy to setup and use. Like the ability to video call with Duo and also to use the camera for monitoring while not home.

Works with the nest doorbell it shows up on your phone or the Google Nest home. It recognizes you when you walk by it. There is a lot more things that it can do.

The best feature is the video calls. It is absolutely amazing. The camera follows and adjust to her movements so smoothly.

The only gripe I have is sometimes the system can be a bit laggy. I do love the ease of adding all my smart devices to Google Home and having a central hub to control everything

Posted .Hi Andrew, we're glad you liked Nest Hub Max. We do apologize for the laggy experience when using it sometimes.
If you haven't tried yet, resetting Nest Hub Max may be helpful with the issue. A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings. To reset, check on the back of Nest Hub Max, press and hold both volume buttons together for about 10 seconds. Your Nest Hub Max will let you know that it's resetting.
