I love the fact that its a smart clock, smart frame, mini TV, and serves as a music speaker for the kitchen. It also acts like another interior security camera for us as well. It became more useful than I imagined.

Best decision. I purchased this because my mom who is 50+ has one and it was easy for her to keep in contact with me and her grandkids.

This is an excellent gadget for controlling the different google controlled item in your home. It can also be used as a security cam, or video phone calls.

to view from another nest hub smaller version you have to reboot google nest hub max which will work for a few hours than it tells you to reboot. Went on line to see if any body fixed this problem. I think Google has to make an upgrade

Excellent sound system for such a device. If you like watching Youtube and Youtube TV, you will not be dissappointed with this device! Great for the kitchen or any other rooms.

This is a great display. I have it in the family room and it looks and works great. It's an awesome digital frame, security camera, music player, etc. I love it and cant wait for a good sale to get another one.

The nest hub is very helpful.. I am using it as a new generation bedroom clock radio alarm. Best buy experience was easy and I was happy to pick it up close to home and pay the same price

I bought this as a gift for my college bound daughter (before COVID). It is a great tool for her to keep track of her pet dog and communicate with us. It makes a great alarm clock and displays pictures.

Google did a great job on the Hub max. The following feature really does a good job! I love being able to ask for a recipe or how to do something, and there it is hands free. I would highly recommend this product!

Wish these would go on sale so I could buy more. Did not realize they also work as a video security system when I bought it but set it up to notify me on any movement at the lake house and it works very well.

Should have gotten the larger hub. I opted for the smaller hub because it was on sale. It sits in my kitchen and looks like a children's tablet. I will go back and get the max and move the small one to another room. I works just fine!

If you have a bunch of Google items this is a great investment and the nest cam is extra help

This is my biggest disappointment ever and Google should know better how to put up a show. This device does not recognize anything you command with your voice. I tried to learn it how to use it, watched a bunch of tutorials online, gave to myself one week to adapt and learn about the device but wasted my time. Initially I was planning to get a new Alexa but I saw a lot of reviews saying that Alexa 11 was amazing but displayed a lot of ADS on it and would not want that. However, after one week using this piece of crap, I returned it and got my Alexa 11. Alexa 11 is the best ever! I will never buy this again! Shame on you, Google!

Purchased this primarily for my wife to use in the kitchen. She absolutely was against it at first but is in love with it now. Now she interacts with it daily and it has become an essential item.

The only reason I bought this was to have my pictures automatically show up from my google photos account. Does this one trick great without me ever having to intervine.

I absolutely love it I have it set up in my kitchen I love taking Duo calls on it I'm able to cook and move around the kitchen and it follows me

It's not great but not horrible. The sound is a little muffled and the bass isn't deep at all but I guess you can't expect audiophile sound from something so small. I wish it was more customizable such as being able to add clock faces or change the alarm sound.
