I love this product takes a little bit to get used to the sound quality is phenomenal. My only flaw is when I say. Hey Google play a certain song such as Shivers by Ed Sheeran. It always wants to play the remix version so I wish there was a way that you could, set it not to play remix or something like that

Great device I integrated it with my alarm system. I will probably start to build an eco-system for smart google devices. But I mainly use it for the reason mentioned above and a juke box of sorts, which is paired with my stereo receiver. Will try to maximize its potential but it will be pricey.

Had the abode system and didnt like the app or how it didnt record 24/7. Google’s app is a step up, the speaker for music and apple music integration is great and the facial recognition profiles is awesome. Wish we could adjust the tilt level though.

we replaced our Alexa with this device and it has been a game changer. The screen size alone makes a huge difference as you can see it from across the kitchen. This device is been more compatible with my other smart devices.

Meh, compared to the Echo Show 10.

I purchased this as well as a echo show 10 and our family used them side by side for 2 weeks. Not as good as the echo show 10 in terms of sound quality, volume and versatility but if you have other google products it's still the best choice. Software is very good, as good as it gets, integration with Google home, Google duo and all Google apps is a plus. The issues I had with the Google Nest Max: - the screen is at a fixed angle and has tremendous glare in our Kitchen. Most kitchens have alot of windows and light. We ended up purchasing the $30 swivel stand which was a must. This stand solved the glare problem. Still not half as good as the 360 degree show, which tilted and swivels, following you if you so chose to do. -the sound quality stinks and the volume is not linear. I mean, it sounds worse than our tiny 1st gen Google nest mini. In most cases you can't hear it at 10 ft away in a vaulted ceiling kitchen without turning it up past 5 of 10. Most of the time it's on Volume 8 sometimes 9. There is some issue with the software where it decides what the volume should be. Watching news in the morning is an exercise in frustration. We don't have this issue on our Google nest mini, volume was normally 5. Maybe something is wrong with it. Unless your 5 ft away, prepare to change the volume every news story. What can I expect when Google placed the speakers the opposite direction of the screen, so you need to place it by a wall, not on an island. It can't hold a candle to the fidelity of the echo show 10, leagues better. -no web browser -no aux output to improve sound quality and Bluetooth only works for an input -the microphones work well but not well enough, theres no sensitivity adjustment. -price, it's expensive and not competitive when compared to the echo show 10s glitz and glamor.

I replaced my google nest with nest Hub max. I am too happy with the max. I can now make video calls with my friends and family handsfree and big screen. I can conversate with the hub like I am talking to a person, i do not have to say 'Hello Google'. what a relief!!!!

I really like the Hub max, it's easy to setup and use to begin with. Some of my favorite features are being able to setup a shared photo group which allows myself and to brothers to view and share pictures. It's also good for listening to music on Spotify and other music services. Playing trivia and other games is fun and I also use it to control my devices.

If your home is equipped with google smart home accessories (or even other brand devices) the google hub max (or if you even want the smaller, less expensive hub) is a MUST have in your home. it organizes everything so seamlessly and provides so many cool features. mine is in my kitchen, and I use it multiple times a day! happy to have it by my side

Great size and sound quality which is typical from Google products they seem to always have the best in their category ( like the nest yale lock, thermostat and cameras). I will say this thing does lag a lot meaning it runs really slow a lot when I am on my phone and cast my tidal or youtube music to my google nest it sometimes loads for like 40 seconds to connect. Other than that its a great addition to any room and the sound in this thing hits!

Fits in well in our home and is easy to use and set up The combination touch and voice control is very helpful. Wish it would allow for viewing websites directly if needed (a web browser) but it is not meant to be a tablet so that is not a negative, just would be a nice bonus. Got it on sale which makes it's benefit to cost value better.

Google gave me everything that HomeKit was meant to and more. All my devices (minus my Resideo Lyric security system) can be controlled by Google Home. Devices seem to remain connected better and the integration with my Nest Hello is amazing. If I had any critique, I would want the visitor announcement and automatic pop up of video from Hello on ANY person detected (even if they didn't ring the doorbell). It would be great to extend this same ability to my Outdoor Nest Cam IQ devices!
