ths nest hub is awesome, it seconds as a nest cam if needed, can be used for google duo swell which is similar to facetime, it can recognize faces if you want it to and will provide individual information based on who it sees and who is asking. you can also watch videos on it, look at step by step recipes, see who is at the door if you have a nest hello camera. and even has multiple on screen games to play such as trivia, and madlibs.

Excellent picture. Great Sound. Still learning it but so far I am extremely happy with all the functions it seems to be able to accomplish. I know I am still learning everything about it but there is one thing I don't like and it is that when I want to turn the mic and/or camera off there is only one switch. Both off or both on. You cannot just turn the camera off and leave the mic speaker on.

I bought this for my mother, who loves it - I share albums in Google Photos with her account, and she gets live updates without having to fiddle with any of the settings. For my own use, I doubt I'd get this - there are similar products with the same or similar photo sharing capabilities that cost less, and I expect more out of speakers than this can provide. The price is a bit high for my use case, and I'm not a fan of having more internet connected cameras in my house. If you want passable speakers and a good photo frame, this might be worth it.

I have been using this as my kitchen tv plus a camera that looks at my garage door entrance. The gesture controls are great. I actually spend a lot of time watching Netflix while cooking rather than watching actual cooking videos. The music is great for a room that’s the size of a kitchen. I wish they could add more video services to this and also bring a Google tv kind of interface with abilities to install apps.

The sound is pretty good on this. I like the bigger screen and the picture is really sharp. I love my Google Assistant!

Love this new and improved Nest Hub Max! We have several google home minis, and two google home hubs. This was an excellent addition to our google/nest family of products. Its huge vibrant display makes it easy to see. The picture and sound quality when making a video call is amazing. It also doubles as a security camera, which is an excellent feature for when you are not home. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Great sound. Great addition for a connected home. Seeing all my photos is nice as well. Connecting to my nest video door bell shows me who is at the door in upstairs bedroom. Easy to set up.

This has been such a great product for me! I can see whos at the door while im sitting at my desk. I have used it for a television and can check on the status of my house. Have even used the brodcast feature to get a family anouncement out to all rooms with a mini. Works great.

The sound is good enough for it's side. But the display is really useful for watching YouTube and photos.

The speaker is awesome on this! The bigger screen makes a HUGE difference! Love love love it!

We've had two of the smaller Nest Hubs for a couple of years, and my mother was always jealous. So we bought her the Max for Christmas. Best. Gift. Ever. Set it up to share my Google pictures account, so she had a constant slideshow of what her grandson is up to. It has awesome sound (MUCH better than the smaller Hubs). Going to upgrade one or both of mine as soon as they go on sale again!

Really like the larger screen display. Easy to set up and use. Something I use everyday.

I was thoroughly inpressed with the sound- especially for such a small system. The voice recognition is great. The screen has great touch sesitivity and video quality. This quickly became an integral part of my everyday life!

This will make an excellent addition to any Google Home device you want, and you can use voice commands on it as well. You don’t even have to touch a screen. This will make a welcome addition to any smart home. And if you are one of those high-tech people, it would be a good idea to put one in each room so anybody can call each other from room to room instead of yelling across the house. It’s nice that I can ask it to pull up the doorbell, and it does it automatically. This will make a welcome addition to any smart home.
