An exellent device! The sound quality is so much better than expected. Sometime google is a bit finicky but otherwise well worth it.

I am new at using this hub, but I like it so far. I use it as a camera in addition to the nest cameras I purchased for my home. Love being able to just say "Google - and ask a question. Always amazed at how quick answers to my questions are provided.

It works ok, it is not the easiest to get on your network especually if you have to change the network name. The menu is very lack luster and while you can cast tk it easily a google product i would think would inigrate into google services much easier or shohld be an option like youttube TV. However the sound quality is nice, even the bass at the lowest level caused me an apartment complaint if thumping to load.

I waited month after month until they finally launched it. However, I waited until Black Friday before purchasing it. It's everything I could want in hub. The bass is awesome when streaming sounds and watching videos. Love how the camera follows me around the kitchen. I can control all my devices...Nest cameras, thermostat, lights and other Samsung Electronics.

Easy to use and good camera. Makes hands free operation very simple.

I use it mainly to monitor my baby sleep but sometimes I do video calls and I was amazed the first time I moticed how It pans the image and zooms the person wherever the person is located in the room!

This hub have a great sound. Good size screen and very fast.

Pretty great device! Bought it for my dad so he could view photos like a digital picture frame, listen to music, check his schedule, etc. Also wanted to use it to check on him with the camera, but never got it to work, despite also setting up multiple Nest Cams with no problem. The camera itself works because we can use Google Duo to video call, but also kind of a bummer that there is no Facetime support.

This was the best purchase for the whole family. We bought one for our home and another for my sister!! My 2 year old watched his videos on it and I watch cooking recipes and we listen to music! And So much more!

One of our favorite things. The ease of use for timers, reminders, google searches, playlists, and photos we haven't seen for a while. The list goes on and on. Highly recommend this device.

The unit is ok but for the money it has be...well ok. First thing is that it is limited. You must keep it plugged up for it to work, and I thought it had a rechargable battery, so wherever you place it, that's where it stays. Second thing is that you will need to do a lot of authorizing and combining your google account with whatever devices you want to use. The hassle is almost a reason to stay away. 4 out of 5 with the ease of use being not so easy.

I love this thing! I have an original Google home and a mini and now I have the Nest Hub Assistant Max. I love being able to video chat with friends and watch cooking videos in the kitchen. I bought a camera cover just to feel like I have more privacy, but there is a button on the back to turn off mic and camera. I love it!

I biught this to have in the kitchen, and lets just say it works wonderful. Its connected to my doorbell so if someone is at the door and im cooking i can see right away who it is. Its fast response to play music is great.

Its like having a small interactive tv! If youre thinking about buying one, its worth it. I use it more than i thought I would.

Picked up the Google Home Hub Max for the kitchen and moved my smaller hub into bedroom. The big screen and larger speakers work for me. Love the face recognition feature and google duo. Unfortunately when I migrated my Nest account to Google Home, my Nest products did not move over. Must now use my Nest app to control and view my Nest devices. Bummer ☹️

Got this for my mother in law for Christmas. She loves it. She mainly wanted it to be able to view photos of the family and likely won’t be using it to its full capacity. Nonetheless, uploading pictures to it is so simple for every family member and she has been ranting and raving about the pictures popping up on the screen.
