I have three of these things in my house. They make an ok clock radio and run through my favorite photos ok. Once in a while it will be helpful in the kitchen. I live in a large house and am slightly disabled. I bought them in anticipation of having some surgeries. Combined with a Google Doorbell thing, I figured that would work for when I couldnt get around too well. (By the way... How about letting us choose a name for the thing first of all? "Hey Google" is just dumb. Make it personal) I still haven't gotten the video cameras to work. They never worked with my doorbells nor my video cameras. They were installed by your people. Also stop forcing people to go online to find instruction manuals. Hard copy is so much better. Use recycled paper if that's your concern. I think it cost more electricity to look up something online than referencing a page that's dog-eared (for young people, dog-earing means folding a corner of a page in a real book to mark something you want to find again without having to re-read the whole book). Let people customize the name and the voice of the robot talking back to us. I would love Samual L Jackson's voice or Morgan Freeman's voice. That would at least make it fun (you're welcome for the free idea). Please stop making stuff too cute to function. Some people don't appreciate spending hours programing everything. How about an "ON/OFF BUTTON" that gives you everything and let the customer remove or turn off what we don't use? Not everyone is a programmer or has a 9 year old around to set up programs, even though most kids are more savvy than the Geek people I've met (no offense) . Make NESTS more useful for the disabled. You're eliminating a lot of potential customers by assuming we are all 16 and strapped to a video game. For all the money this company is making, one would think far reliable value would be attainable. Do Better! You'll make more money that way.

The second of these units which is in my home and it was faster and easeier to set up than the original unit I got 2 years ago. This product is consistently improving.

Had the smaller hub and this makes all the difference in functionality. It has a large screen that makes using google assistance a pleasure.

Opted to go with Google instead of Amazon for my Smart home setup. Ive been very pleased. It seems to work much better than Alexa and this Hub Max is far better than Id even hoped. Very simple to setup and Google seems to understand all my words, even if I misspeak at times.

Great addition to my household of Boogle/nest products. Great for kitchen.

Got one for my husband and my sister. My sister in turn got one for her mother in law. My sister and her husband are “Alexa People” and they still loved it. Does everything you want and you can video chat. The camera follows you as you move. All our home automation is now run by the hub. We love it.

Screen is huge and nice. Audio quality is pretty close to the Nest Audio, maybe a little less bassy. Nest cams are stupid unless you're already in the Nest ecosystem. They don't integrate with anything. Otherwise it's a google screen. You can do anything with it. It's great.

If you been thinking about getting a Google Assistant don’t settle for the mini or the smaller nest display, go for the nest hub max. We started with a mini then got the regular nest hub only to eventually buy the max. The display is amazing and the sound is very good too.

I used to have a much older Google Home Assistant model, when I upgraded to the Nest Hub it was just as easy as it was to use with the older model I had and it is fully functional with the pre-existing smartphone app "Google Home" which makes controlling the device and others so much easier.

Great product especially when paired with Nest products. With Nest doorbell, when someone rings it automatically appears on the nest hub. Same with other cameras as well as co trolling your Google smart home. Also has surprising sound when listening to music or watching YouTube.

This hub is a good step up from the smaller one. Especially the sound ad video quality. Video calling on Goole duo works well along with the ability to make phone calls to contacts. The only disappointment is that just like all Google hubs, wireless wifi lights rarely work through voice or the Home hub app.

The Google Nest Hub Max is awesome. It has so many wonderful functions. The transaction through Best Buy was flawless. I ordered the unit and it was ready for pickup quickly. Pickup was simple and easy. I would purchase this again through Best Buy.

I was got this so that my husband could use it for his recipes and listen to a little music, and I could view the various cameras around the house. I did not expect the speakers to be so amazing! This is my favorite purchase this year!

This is a great addition to our household. I am just getting started with the unit. I did purchase and additional smaller unit for the basement. I am looking forward to using more features the units offer.

I've had this almost a year now and love it. Have it in my kitchen and it is great to listen to music or watch TV while cooking (I spend a lot of time in my kitchen). Use it a lot for timers and reminders and in the morning when I'm making breakfast for my schedule and weather

It’s a good bang for your buck. Supper helpful with recipes and great for listening to music. Sound quality is amazing for such a small product.

The nest is really great being able to get your phone calls and pictures and voice assistant

The sales price, the rebate were very attractive. The quality of the sound, the clarity of the images even at night... I recommend Nest over all the other brands...

This unit is a beast. Very powerful but sounds great. Very clean look and sound. I have a jbl smart speaker with a sub and this unit sounds as good or better. Very intuitive and easy to set up / use. Very bright screen.
