To connect any apps or devices you have to do this through the phone app, rather than from the Google Home device itself. It’s functions are limited- such as k want to connect my ring door bell and be able to view my front porch from it, but it doesn’t do this. If it does, the set up is so complicated that I have yet to figure it out.

I would say it was worth the money but for some older people a little bit more difficult to navigate and understand. Camera moves within a certain range when walking around. We need to buy the stand though to make it easier to use it in multiple rooms w/open view that can turn or tilt it without having to move it yourself for better coverage of that area. We had looked at other options and this one seems to be more compatible for different apps/devices that other options out there.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bought this for a christmas gift for a family member over seas, was told it would have Portuguese languag by staff members in best buy brought it all the way to our destination to find out it doesn't have the language after all, 7 hrs in two days speaking to googel assistant its not compatible, SO it never was given as a gift, by the time we got home it was over the return date, so i ended up having to keep it, nice product though wish best buy staff new more of the product then just sell stuff....
