    While we love the quality of this google photo display & clarity it shuts off quickly. Google states it’s trying to fix the bug☹️

    I love my nest HUB! It is awesome. I never have to wonder about anything because it knows it all. From directions to the weather to any recipe. Its the greatest

    It's not great but not horrible. The sound is a little muffled and the bass isn't deep at all but I guess you can't expect audiophile sound from something so small. I wish it was more customizable such as being able to add clock faces or change the alarm sound.

    Doesn’t recognize voice all the time=annoying. App functionality =annoying. Sound is really loud which is the only thing i like.

      Hi LotusFlowerbomb, thank you for posting your review on the Nest Hub Max. We're sorry to hear that your experience with the voice recognition and App functionality has been less than ideal. May we suggest that you retrain your Nest Hub Max to better recognize your voice as this may help with voice control. We also suggest adjusting the Hotword sensitivity as it may also be helpful with the issue. You may follow the steps below to help improve your experience:

      Retrain Voice Match:
      - On your phone or tablet, open the Google Home app.
      - At the top right, tap your Profile picture or initial and then Assistant settings and then Voice Match.
      - Tap Teach your Assistant your voice again and then Retrain.

      Change Nest Hub Max's Hotword sensitivity:
      - Open your Google Home app.
      - Select your Nest Hub Max.
      - At the top right, tap the Settings (Gear) icon.
      - Then tap Audio.
      - Then tap "Hey Google" sensitivity and adjust the slider to make your Nest Hub Max more responsive to the Hotword.

      If you've done these steps already or if the issue still persists, then we advise that you contact us so we can assist you further with this and check the functionality of your App as well.     Works very well and performs as it should. I wish it had more features or the ability to install apps to expand it's capabilities. Otherwise a good display.

    This was purchased to replace the first generation Google Smart Display. After several years of use, the old one started having connection problems. The new one is great.

    HubMax is amazing! Use voice commands for everything now. Git a smart plug and the Hub Max even turned in my Christmas tree!

    This is my first Nest device. Excellent hub to tie most of your smart devices together. Love video calls with Duo. Looking for connectivity with Ring and Samsung Smart things.

You can connect your Nest display and set up visitor announcements to get notified when someone rings your doorbell when you’re home.     I got this Nest Hub as a Birthday Present and as Best Buy was running a promo I got a Google Dot as a gift. I wanted to get one for my mom but unfortunately Google doesn’t recognize a Russian language.
