This is one of the best Smart screen devices I've had since the smart phone was new. It is also a great Alarm Clock and music player. It has great sound no matter if your a light sleeper or a heavy sleeper it will wake you up almost in an instance after going off! 5 out of 5 Stars for me great product overall and it even plays movies and youtube videos very well a crisp high definition screen.

Replaced my regular nest hub. The camera, larger screen, and better speaker make this one much better than the smaller nest hub.

This is an upgrade from a smaller nest hub purchased previously. We use this primarily for viewing pictures and controlling smart switches and plugs. The screen quality is wonderful as our pictures from Google cycle through. Speaker quality is greatly improved as music is much more enjoyable and, of course, Google is much smarter at answering our queries than other devices we own. This is just a great device.

This is our second purchase of a Nest product and are thrilled with its function. Music in the kitchen, recipes, news and more. Connects to phone from any were and can see if there is motion in room with alerts. Live Google photo. Glad I waited for this latest edition. Sound is fine for listening in a kitchen environment, not audio file perfection for $200 as shouldn't be expected. Screen is big enough and sits nicely on counter out of way. Would recommend to anyone!!

Fits in well in our home and is easy to use and set up The combination touch and voice control is very helpful. Wish it would allow for viewing websites directly if needed (a web browser) but it is not meant to be a tablet so that is not a negative, just would be a nice bonus. Got it on sale which makes it's benefit to cost value better.

Enjoying the big screen and the ability to view and speak into when not very close; i.e. from kitchen or dining room.

Very easy to set up and easy to use. Picture is great. I would highly recommend. Using the duo calling is a great feature.

I love using my best hub in the kitchen. It’s so helpful for getting measurement conversions when I’m baking. I also love that I can see the recipe on screen being made on video while I’m cooking as well. I highly recommend this for kitchen use!

Love this new Nest Hub Max. Sound quality is significantly better than the first generation and love the big screen.

I LOVE my google nest hub! I initially got the charcoal one and then returned it for the chalk - love it better. It’s so user-friendly. Speaker is fantastic and picture quality is great! The only thing I had an issue with was airplay. It kept going in and out of HD, which was annoying. Not sure if it was an internet thing or a Bluetooth connection issue. That said, this is a great gadget!

I really like the Hub max, it's easy to setup and use to begin with. Some of my favorite features are being able to setup a shared photo group which allows myself and to brothers to view and share pictures. It's also good for listening to music on Spotify and other music services. Playing trivia and other games is fun and I also use it to control my devices.

This will make an excellent addition to any Google Home device you want, and you can use voice commands on it as well. You don’t even have to touch a screen. This will make a welcome addition to any smart home. And if you are one of those high-tech people, it would be a good idea to put one in each room so anybody can call each other from room to room instead of yelling across the house. It’s nice that I can ask it to pull up the doorbell, and it does it automatically. This will make a welcome addition to any smart home. Google Assistant is the smartest of the three big-name assistants, so I can ask it most any off-hand question and get an answer without going out and doing a search. Additionally, I have a pretty smart house, and the Assistant works flawlessly with all of my lights, thrmostats, fans, etc. This box is especially nice because I can get my answers in a graphical display, YouTube video, or whatever, and it has a nice camera so it doubles as a home security monitor and I can use it for video chat with the family.
