The Google Home Hub is a great assistant and a cool little gadget. The screen is great and crystal clear. I use everyday as an alarm clock, personal assistant, and to control smart home devices throughout my house.

I'm a fan of the smaller size of this compared to the other google smart display. Everything works pretty well and I enjoy having it in my kitchen for seeing recipes, youtube cooking videos, streaming music. Only 2 faults for me: - No camera for video calls. - Cannot cast netflix

I thought the screen would be mostly for show and I’d be wishing I got one of those little pod things in a month or so. Not the case! I put this in my kitchen and google displays (and reads) recipes, I have it play videos of the news when I do dishes, and I like that I can read what comes up when I ask a question. Does it always hear and understand you? I think the little pod does better but maybe it’s the placement in my home. I still love it, use it, and would buy it again. (Oh- if you want to change the voice, train it to learn your voice, or teach it commands.. it must be done through the app. THAT phrase is particularly annoying to hear over and over again.)

We are deeply integrated into the Google ecosystem. The smart displays work very well, have a great picture and features and the sound from them is pretty good as well.

Great little device, I bought this as a pear with the larger display hub. Works well. I have it in my kitchen and it's great at pulling up recopies and walking you through them. Google assistant built in is great! I have a smart house and this was a great addition.

there are lots of different uses for the nest, this one is on the bedside stand connected to the bulb on the bedside lamp. it is nice to ask "what's the score?" for a ball game, get weather, turn the light on or off and adjust color and brightness (for getting up in the morning). latest feature to start using was "routines" for getting up in the morning, where music starts and then light turns on low and then news/weather/sports report and then to public radio morning show. only thing is having to say "hey google" or "ok google" every time, but recent updates have the "continuous" speaking that lets you ask a series of questions, as long as you have the timing correct and don't wait too long.

Really love these hubs! It was agreat addition to our smart home upgrades that we have recently started the process on. We ended up getting the 10 inch hub afterwards so now we want to replace the smaller one's with the 10 inch versions. Bery easy to use.

While there is nothing technically wrong with the Google Home Hub it just hasn't turned out to be as useful as we thought it would be. While the addition of the screen with photo galleries, music lyrics, and weather is cool to have in our great room between the kitchen and the living room, it dissappoints over the previous Google Home we had in that it doesn't hear quite as well and it just doesn't sound quite as good. We use our Google Home devices for music more than anything else and I am sad that we lost a little bit of sound quality when we switched to the home hub in the main area of the house. So it works great but just seems to be not quite as good as the larger Home device with the better speaker. I would recommend it if you're not going to be upset by a loss of sound quality where you place the device.

Love the Google Nest Hub! So handy and helpful to have at home! We use it for recipes, list organization, research & background music. Has saved a tremendous amount of time for my family!

I bought 4 of these for around the house to replace my Amazon Echo Shows. They link with my Nest Cams and Thermostats really well, and easily control the lights in the house both through voice and touch. I love the ability to show my Google Photos and the fact that it works with Youtube and other Google services is great. The display is fantastic, and works much better as an alarm clock since there is 1 - no camera and 2 - the display dims exceptionally well in a dark room to not overpower it with backlight. The microphones are not as good as the Echos, but it usually can hear me just fine and Google generally "knows more" than their Amazon counterpart. They are a good size, and I'm really happy with the cut over.

I easily say that this device has been worth the $150. First came the Google Home Mini; now comes the Google Home Hub. Now I can say the is an option for every room in one's home. The hub isn't for every room, but rooms without a TV, such as the kitchen, is a perfect fit. We personally started with our first one in the kitchen, but my dad will be using one in his room. Mostly for a glorified alarm clock, but I'm certain he'll find plenty more to do with it. Our home isn't quite a smart home, but those who have one can rest assured that it will be a big help. The only gripe that some will have is that it can not be used for video calling, but there are other companies, such as Lenovo that can, if one is looking for that.

So far we absolutely love the Google Home Hub. We've purchased 2 Hubs (one for the kitchen, and one for my husband's office which is detached from the house) and received 2 free Google Home Minis with our purchase (that are in our boys' rooms). They integrate well with our phones and I'm finding more and more ways to use it. I've looked up recipes, and then let it give me the directions. We use it for timers (really nice when your hands are messy from food prep) as well as reminders. I've used it for our playlists and pandora. I use it to broadcast when dinner is ready and to send messages to the whole house, however... I took off 1 star because I think that the hubs/minis are missing a very key feature. While we have 4 home devices in our house, I can only broadcast to ALL of them. I can't believe there isn't a way for me to broadcast only to 1-2 of them, rather than all 3. I would love to be able to send a quick message to my husband's office without it also going to both boys' bedrooms. I hope that comes in a future update.

Wife loves it. Being able to play music, look up recipes, and answer the front door (paired woth nest hello) all in one spot. Love the look of screensaver pictures. Almost like a kindle screen. Easy to setup and use and “yell” at from around the house

I own a Google Product in every room of my house and could not be happier with all them. The hub is excellent addition to put the system over the top with me feeling secure in my home and providing me with the info I want and need. It allows me to see who is at my door with the video doorbell installed it gives me daily reminders to appointments and times that I have set to inform me. It allows me to make phone calls to people I care about as well see them while talking to me. It is the best investment I have made this year. Need web info this is the easiest way to get jt just by using your voice. Remarkable Product.

Love the display! I have this set up to work with my video doorbell and cameras. Works great, easy to set up, and is a nice addition to my other Google Home devices.

My wife and I are building a new home, and are staying with my grandmother in the interim. We’ve been trying out tons of different “Smart Home” items to integrate into our new home. The Google - Nest Hub was among the items tested. After setting it up, the wife and I were impressed... what impressed us the most is the user friendly and time saving facets of the Hub. My grandmother is 91 and calls upon google daily for help with little things like turning lights on and off, as well as playing some tunes. We will definitely have hubs in our new home, from Best Buy ofcourse! Ease of use is GREAT once you get set up, not a bad set up - but could be slightly challenging if you’re 91!

It’s convenient to use the nest hub 7 with google assistant. I can access to home security system, watch recipes, listen music, ask about local news, weather, alarm etc.

The Google Home Hub is a great addition to our home. I just love the picture it displays! I use it to play music, listen to the time or temperature. Or when I want to be smart I just ask Google lol.

The speaker is great and the screen is just right size and quality. It also picks up my voice very well. The swipe-out menus are a nice feature, too. It's a very well designed product.
