Then that's hub is a very good product ease of use and display quality are very good. The model I purchase did not come with the built-in camera I would suggest if you buy one to make sure it has the camera.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the Hub. When I say "Good Morning", it provides me with the weather and a televised newsfeed to Reuters. It works well with all my smart devices<lights and plugs from at least 3 different manufacturers>. When I'm cooking it provides access to all the recipes I want by name. The screen is large enough to read from a short distance. I can also unplug and move it to the pantry for prep work and then move it back out to the kitchen. I may eventually just get one for the pantry:).

Good display. Good sound for it's size. Great assistant and can use other languages. Would like to have: camera blocker, more options to customize home screen, headphone port, USB or C port for pictures.

This 7" Google product features a beautiful display. It has Google Assistant and produces decent sound for it's small footprint.

The one downside (and it’s a big downside for me) is that it does not have a camera. Other than that it’s like the Google Mini, easy to use and convenient. If you don’t need the video capability then the Google Mini by itself works great too.

It's nice to have more hub displays around to have the security camera accessible from different locations. the problem is they all respond to the same and only allowed way to activate the smart assistant, "Hey Google". Hey google hey google hey google -- it gets old. Then several of them all respond at the same time. You can turn off the microphone so that only one is actively listening and responding, but then they are only touchscreens and not smart/interactive with you. Google has been changing how it works. I find most features wrong or annoying, so I use it mostly to monitor security cameras and change thermostat, occasional easy things like alarm clock. But looks pretty. Sound is pretty good. Functionality is meh.

Great to have in the kitchen when cooking. The screen makes a huge difference over only having a google home mini. Easy to set up and works wonderfully with all the functions I was already using google for.

Google Home Hub is easy to use and works well in the kitchen for hands free recipie referencing while cooking. Also makes a nice photo viewer, and has a decent speaker for streaming music. Will also be useful when we add smart devices to our home.

Excellent. Easy to use and I keep discovering new uses for it. It can sometimes complete a poem, saying, or song lyric when you don't remember all the words. For another example, If you ask it a personal question, it'll respond to you in geek-like humour, if it has been programmed for it. For example, if you ask "Do you believe in ghosts?" it will reply: "I believe in Ghostbusters." etc. Favorite colors? ... the assistant names the Google colors....etc. If u r really desperate for entertainment ; )

I paired this with a smart light bulb (c by ge) in my bedroom and so far it's working out great. The clock dims really low at night and I can't read it and I haven't figured out the setting to make it brighter. There's no "scenes" settings like there is with the c by ge app that comes with the bulbs. You'll need a third party app for that. Google Assistant only reads your Google Calendar so if you use Outlook it won't tell you what's on your schedule for the day. It sets timers and plays music. If you have a Chromecast you can hook up your TV.

    Best Overall Google Home

I currently own all Google Homes. The original, the mini, the max, and the hub. Overall, this is the best as far as price and quality. As far as sound, the original Google Home and the Max sound better and louder, but it is much better than the Mini. What separates this one is the display as is can serve as a user interface for your smart home, Youtube, screen casting, and digital photo album with Google Photos. You can use the display for recipes, and to see your front door if you have a Nest Hello. Outside of those features, it has the same features as all the other Google Homes.

We love this device and used it in the kitchen for two months before moving it to a bed side table. It honestly works better in the bedroom since it doesn’t have a camera, but the Lenovo Display works better in the kitchen. All said, this is one of our 10 Google Home products that we’ve purchased and used over the past two years. We have a lot invested in this system and we really believe Google Home is the way to go, instead of Alexa. However, if you ask Google Home, she will having nothing but glowing remarks about Alexa. She’s so sweet.
