Posted .Hi Titanium48, thanks for sharing your feedback with us. We can see that your Nest Hub is struggling sometimes with getting the command right. We'd recommend that you retrain the Nest Mini to better recognize your voice. We also suggest adjusting the Hotword sensitivity as it may also be helpful with the issue.
