We've had the Nest for roughly a month now, it knows when we are out of the house and turns the heat down. I usually get home around 5 and at 430 it turns the heat up to 71. Best part - sitting on the couch looking at the thermostat but instead of getting up to turn the heat on, just grab your phone and use the app!

No complaint so far. Will see in next bill if I save anything using smart thermostat

I bought two Nest devices since I have two ACs at the house. They were easy to installed, connected to my Wifi network and I can control them remotely with my Iphone.

The nest works as promissed. The installation was easy and straight forward.

The Nest is a fantastic! It easily sets up a schedule during the first week it is programmed and you barely ever have to touch it! Easily accessed Theough an app on your phone. We were able to lower our electric bill by roughly $50! Highly recommended.

We received a free nest with our new electric company, after using it for a month or so, my wife and I decided we had to have another one for upstairs. It had just become to convenient. While on vacation we can set it to our away temperatures and turn it back down when we are on our way home. It knows when we are out of the house and adjusts the temperature a couple of degrees so the air isnt running when its not necessary. Overall, these things are great. Well done Nest.

I had this thermostat up and running in less than 20 minutes. I love the auto away function to help save even more energy because of my unpredictable schedule.

So happy with this device... Having the auto-away feature is a really nice touch... I turned off scheduling since my schedule isn't consistent enough for me to use that but I love the control and having my energy summary a few taps away on my cell phone!!

You'll get addicted to the data that Nest can generate especially the green leaves. Before the Nest, I would set the Hold on a constant temperature throughout the day and during cold and hot months we would generate as much as a $250 bill/month for heat or electricity which is a lot for the size of our house. I love the fact that the Nest can tell when we're not home and switch to auto-away. It's early now, but I'm sure I'll make up the cost of it come by this time next year

Easy to install, fun to use. Can control the temp at my office from my iPhone. It is a little pricey, so I hope over time it will pay for itself with lower bills.

I purchased this so I could adjust the temperature in my house while away, and it works perfectly. I don't care for the nest learning feature, because it would turn off the thermostat randomly.

Bought 2 of these for my cabin in the mountains, I can monitor what it's doing even when I'm not there with the Nest app for iOS. I've never gotten more compliments or raved more about a thermostat in my entire life, this is the thermostat to buy.

Love, love, love this thermostat! It's been the best addition to my new home, I can't say how great it is to be able to control the temp from anywhere, even in a cold bed in the morning, or heading home after a long day!

Overall impressed. It's working well and was easy to install. Programming it is taking a bit of time and it tends to assume I am away and drop the temperature to far when I am home.

I absolutely recommend this. It may look intimidating to install on your own, but it is easier than you realize. Can't wait to see long term savings.

The Nest 2 is easy to install and has worked great since installation. Mobile apps have allowed me to insure the proper temperature in the home for my dogs.

We bought a new house and since we've loved the NEST in our other house, one of the first things we did was to buy a new 2nd Generation NEST for the new house. My husband installed it without incident and it works great. We love our NEST.

We really enjoy this thermostat, since purchasing about 2 months ago we are already realizing savings on our electric bill. Was easy to install and set-up.
