Modern looking thermostat

Only took me about 20 minutes from start to finish to install. Looks great and very easy to control with my app from just about anywhere.

Great thermostat

Just have to make sure the thermostat has its own dedicated power wire. The instructions say this is optional, but min would keep dying because the furnace wasn't running enough to keep the unit charged. The other downside is people to play with the thermostat now so setting maximum and min temps is highly recommended.

Everything we'd expected and more!

Watched the YouTube install video 2x and launched into my Nest install and setup. Was complete and learning how to tweak my Nest within 1hr. With the Nest App and its functionality with the IFTTT App we're now well on our way to having a smarter, more efficient home!

great way to save money on your heating bills

What I have been looking for

The instructions are simple and all pieces needed for various installation situations are included in the box. My two favorite features are 1) being able to monitor the house and make changes from my phone/tablet; 2) being able to see the usage history and know whether we are running the heater too much.
