Instructions are very easy to follow. It is pretty expensive, and since I don't use my AC that much, it doesn't really save me too much money, but I love technology so it works out. Best part is turning it on while you're on the way home so your house is at the right temperature when you get there.

This one for my daughters new house. This was to replace the original non programmable (money wasting) Honeywell thermostat. She loves the learning feature with her busy and changing schedule and the ability to access the unit remotely via her phone in case she comes home earlier than expected.
