easy to follow installation instructions on website. Immediately began improving efficiency and i plan to buy a second one for our upstairs.

This was easy to install and it works well. The auto-away feature has proved to be the most helpful and probably where I'll see money savings. It is also nice to open the app and turn up the heat or AC when I'm about to leave somewhere the temp is nice and comfortable when I get home. The user interface and setup is all really easy to figure out.

It upgrades itself they seem to have thought of everything. Does not require batteries runs off existing power. Easy to install software for thermostat and app are user friendly. Just check to be sure your compatible and the tell you on the box how to do that before you open it. Even comes with the tools needed. Amazing product well worth the money.

This thermostat blows our old one out of the water. Easy to use and great with the app.

Snap to install, technical help readily available if needed, a little difficult to figure out what the correct settings are for your situation but once you do , it becomes second nature. I've bought and installed many setback thermostats, this one is in a league of its own. I have one upstairs and one downstairs, very happy with both

I expected Nest to do the sorts of things people talk about like learn my patterns and adjust my thermostats accordingly and allow me to turn down the heat using my iPhone but when we lost our furnace during a cold snap I was amazed to learn that Nest could troubleshoot the problem and that Nest has a 24/7/365 help desk that is staffed with amazingly helpful people who were able to pinpoint the 24 year old fuse that had given out and tell me just what to do to replace it. I am sold!! The service is tops!

I bought this because of the brand and its name but it does remarkable all by itself. I don't have to look or set anything.

Looks good, works great and save you money... How can you go wrong? Honestly one of the coolest toys I have bought in a while.

Full month and only one issue easily resolved. I have enjoyed the convenience of the device by setting away when leaving town and on my way in setting the temperature to a comfortable setting for my arrival. My wife also likes it cooler at night than in the day and to avoid constant temperature changes I have set up a schedule that automatically adjusts the temperature for nights then back up again for the days in the morning. The little green leafs are cool my last months power bill was lower.

This is the best investment I have made in a long time. Aside from saving money on my electric bill, I can also control my thermostat from work or even just in bed. If I could recommend one thing for anyone, it would be to install this product. Insanely easy to install as well.

This is a very easy product to use. Installation and set up was a breeze and it really has changed the feeling in our home.

Very nicely designed and well thought out with the customer in mind. I did end up having a defective unit that periodically locked up, but tech support was very good, as was Best Buy in swapping the device for a new one. I've had no problems with the new one. One weakness of the install instructions was in how to set this up for a 3-wire boiler system, but I figured it out on my own.

Great product. Easy to use. Phone app makes remote monitoring and temperature setting easy. Also love being able to run the fan without pumping cool or hot air in. Interested to see how it impacts heating/cooling costs over time. Don't forget that most gas/electric companies offer rebates for WiFi enabled thermostats (mine offered $100), making the $250 price tag more manageable.

Its the best thing ever invented. I would recommend it to anyone keeps your ac bill low and your home always cool.

Is really nice to have this thermostat for all the feature available like control your thermostat from any computer or smartphone, the learning feature is so useful that it adapt to every change, the auto away help to save money by not having the AC running while your not on the house. Also the energy usage analysis can give you an idea of how much your spending and how to reduce it.

The nest is easy to install, set up, and use. Great design on the product. It's always a conversational piece when guest come over. It does a very good job keep track of energy use as well as setting up a schedule for efficient cooling/heating. My favorite part is being able to set/control thermostat remotely with my phone.

Using the device almost two months, first month gas bill came 40$ less, and also electric bill came less 7$, I belive it is because of installing Nest unite, so far total 47$ in saving that is going toward the 250$ that i paid for thermostat. I wish installed it before it really pays off the money you spend for the device, plus very convinient controlling the unite from your bed.

This is a great smart thermostat with the features it has. I think it works great for my home with the smartphone app and money saving features like the airwave (which lets the ac fan stay on to help cycle the already cool are around the home). My only complaint is that there is no way to calibrate it to know that its in a certain location that can get cooler or warmer (if you live in a older home with some hot spots etc) but that can be fixed by just offsetting your temp settings.

Major upgrade from my previous thermostat.A little pricey.Hopefully I will save on my energy bill in the long run
