    I wished that I jumped on this month's ago. We love our Nest Mini and we have three of them and I purchased an additional for my 82 young mother for Christmas! It also worth purchasing the commercial free at $11.99. The mini will give a few weeks of commercial free and you would want to purchase. It works better for music and YouTube.

    This is a good product, but you should have your privacy and security in mind, and put this on a separate network isolated from your internal devices and use a DNS blocker to sink all the non-required connections, this applies to all IOT devices.

    I purchased this as a gift after having a couple for myself. While it works similar to Alexa I prefer Google. The speaker quality is pretty good for such a small inexpensive device. It turns on music, TVs and lights. Google is always quick to answer those quick inquiries rather than typing on my phone.

    Bought two of these for my daughters to use for white noise machines and music players in their rooms (even though they do so much more) and love them. The only issue I have is I wish google would have gone with a USB-C port rather then the proprietary port they are useing. The past models used micro USB. So not sure why the change.

    Use mine mostly to play music or to ask it the weather or time. Very responsive. And really beats the heck out of having a stack of CDs when I can just tell it what I want to hear using my Pandora of course
