Device was easier to set up compared to Alexa. Sound is better too.

We added this to the devices we already have and placed it in the bathroom. We had to turn the wake word sensitivity up to accommodate our shower concerts, but being notified when the doorbell rings, broadcasting that we need more tissue, turning on the coffee pot while brushing our teeth, and a slew of other nice things we can get done make this a welcome addition to our house.

Such a small device with good speaker. I recommend this to anyone.

The Nest Mini integrates perfectly with the rest of my Google Home devices. Of course, the sound quality doesn't live up to a high end speaker. But, it serves its purpose well enough. It's fine for listening to music in the kitchen while cooking. Voice recognition has been great, and the convenience of having a Google Assistant device always at the ready is unbeatable.

This product works very well, and was fast to setup with my smart-lights. The Best Buy employee recommended this particular Nest Mini, for my wifi and services in a older home. I am glad for this suggestion.

Use it this for all sorts of things, reminders, timers, calling the kids from upstairs, turning lights on and off..., etc. However, after purchasing the three I purchased, I realized I could have gotten the nest wifi pods and had extended wifi plus the google assistant is actually built into the pods...

I am happy with my purchase but i don't really notice any difference. There are lit spots when you tap on it so that you can tell where to tap for sound volumne. I don't really notice a difference in the sound. I'm just as happy with the sound on gen 1. I decided to get the 2nd gen because i expect that gen 1 might stop getting upgrades. Figured I'd start switching. I have 3 gen1 mini's.

We love the Google nests. We have 6 and f them. They are great for playing music, turning lights on and off. Letting you know if someone rings the doorbell. I love that you can pair all of them together and have a dance party.

Easy way to control lights, listen to the music and organize life

The little Nest Mini that could works outstanding in our master bathroom when we want music or the news in the morning and evening. It's even sync to our other devices so we have the same music throughout the house. Will purchase again for garage and possibly other rooms in the house when the next generation comes out.

Compared to its competitors - and I've tried them all - the Nest Mini has superior sound quality and can pick up my voice from a much greater range. We put one in every room and the whole house is connected beautifully.

This speaker is like a new member of the family. My kids love talking to it. Weather forecast, temperature outside, animal of the day, the most random questions - you name it - the whole family asks these things directly to Google now. And after connecting it to our Spotify account I use it to listen to music all the time.

It works with all my Nest products. I can talk to my kiddo on it from wherever I am. I feel that the stereo quality is better than Alexa as well.
