I wish it would automatically connect though as you have to connect it manually each time.

All in all a great device for the price especially when on sale.

Very responsive to voice commands and recognizes different people through voice recognition. Good sound quality for a small speaker especially when you pair or group multiple Google Minis. We now have them in every room of the house!

It does all that I hoped and more. It's easy to set up and use. I bought my 3 boys (ages 22-35) the Google Mini for Christmas 3 years ago they all still have them and love using them. I would recommend anyone considering this purchase to do so with the confidence they are getting a solid product.

In the morning I say good morning google and it plays the news for me while I get ready to work. and Turns on the lights.

For the price, you already got a lot in the 1st generation Google Home Mini. The 2nd generation has colored lights and better sound than the 1st, that too at the same original price of the 1st.
