We love our Nest Mini and we have three of them and I purchased an additional for my 82 young mother for Christmas! It also worth purchasing the commercial free at $11.99. The mini will give a few weeks of commercial free and you would want to purchase. It works better for music and YouTube.

While it works similar to Alexa I prefer Google. The speaker quality is pretty good for such a small inexpensive device. It turns on music, TVs and lights. Google is always quick to answer those quick inquiries rather than typing on my phone.

Love these!

The only issue I have is I wish google would have gone with a USB-C port rather then the proprietary port they are useing. The past models used micro USB. So not sure why the change.
