Whenever I leave the house. It gets disconnected which is understandably normal but upon returning, I have to almost reinstall the whole application again and it just sucks

Google is my favorite assistant and I am an iPhone user. So take what ever I say with a grain of salt. But, this speaker is great for just tossing around the house. I actually think I am going to put it in the bathroom.

We´re aware that everyone will always have their own preference when it comes to sound quality. For this reason, we have enabled adjustment of the sound settings for our Google Nest devices, including Nest Mini. We recommend trying out this adjustment to see which audio settings fits your taste:
Adjust bass and treble level:
- Make sure your mobile device or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as your Nest Mini.
- Open the Google Home app.
- Tap the device you want to adjust and then Settings and then Audio and then Equalizer.
- Adjust Bass and Treble level.

I was without it for a while and missed it dearly. I can control my lights and plugs from Kasa TP-LINK with it. Never have to get out of bed in the middle of the night again to turn on a light. I can control it all with google or through the app.

Concerned about its durability. Google sent me a free one of these about a year and a half ago and it just stopped working, so I picked this one up while it was on sale for $25. I wouldn't spend any more than that.

We already have Google home so we put it in our bedroom. Very versatile. Ask for an alarm...music....the weather forecast.. you name it, Google will help.

If you create a group you can then listen to the same music thru all the Google’s in your house.

Occasionally the mini does not seem to understand our requests and we have to start all over again. I suppose we just have to make our requests more clear.
