It’s better than Alexa because it does not ask to give a review on a Amazon Purchase in the middle of the night when we are trying to sleep. Plus, it connect easily to Spotify from across town so my child csn hear music.

Google. I never have any issues setting up routines or any devices. I plan on buying the nest hub and the Chromecast. I'm loving Google now!

My boss is a quadriplegic, so the Mini gives him a bit of independence. His mom is partially blind, so Mini helps her to make calls. I'm very happy with this plus the deal I received.

We recommend adjusting the sensitivity of your Nest Mini to fix the issue. To change Nest Mini's hotword sensitivity:
- Open your Google Home app.
- Select your Nest Mini.
- At the top right, tap the Settings (Gear) icon.
- Then tap Audio.
- Then tap "Hey Google" sensitivity and adjust the slider to make your Nest Mini more responsive to the hotword.

We suggest that you retrain your Nest Mini to better recognize your voice as this may help with voice control. We also suggest adjusting the Hotword sensitivity as it may also be helpful with the issue. You may follow the steps below to help improve your experience:
Retrain Voice Match:
- On your phone or tablet, open the Google Home app.
- At the top right, tap your Profile picture or initial and then Assistant settings and then Voice Match.
- Tap Teach your Assistant your voice again and then Retrain.
Change Nest Mini's Hotword sensitivity:
- Open your Google Home app.
- Select your Nest Mini.
- At the top right, tap the Settings (Gear) icon.
- Then tap Audio.
- Then tap "Hey Google" sensitivity and adjust the slider to make your Nest Mini more responsive to the Hotword.
