While we are aware of an issue regarding Nest Mini that disconnects from Wi-Fi network, we recommend performing some troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. You can restart Nest Mini and Wi-Fi router to refresh the connection. Unplug the power cable from Nest Mini and Wi-Fi router and leave them unplugged for at least a minute. Then, reconnect the devices and wait for them to boot up. If rebooting the Nest Mini and Wi-Fi router doesn't fix the issue, we suggest performing a factory reset on Nest Mini device then set up.

Music is good but not the same as the larger and MUCH more expensive unit. I use there mostly for voice control of home automation such as Philips Hue lighting and other such items.

Got this one because of it's better quality speaker a few months ago. Just stopped working while it was playing music the other night. Best Buy won't support it.

Then it just stopped working, I did 3 factory resets and did the same with the smart lights and it just doesn’t work it won’t turn anything off or on and simple questions it says it can’t help. It often is not connected to the internet, it’s terrible my mom has an Alexa and it’s a million times better and I will be switching back.

Great speaker for a small room

This was an addition to the home for the small room. Love the color. Like the sync feature where multiple speakers can play a song simultaneously.

Posted .Hi there Dale, thanks for choosing our Google Nest products. We're sorry to hear that one of your Nest Mini is crackling up whenever you play your favorite music. If you haven't tried yet, we recommend resetting your Nest Mini to see if it might be helpful with the issue. To reset, check on the side of your device, switch the mic off. The lights will turn orange. Press and hold the center of the Nest Mini, where the lights are on top. After 5 seconds, your device will begin the factory reset process. Continue to hold for about 10 seconds more, until a sound confirms that the device is resetting.
