Terrible Product! DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED

All the claims google makes on what this device can do is a lie!! You can’t make a speaker group, pair two speakers for stereo sound, and you can’t move music from one speaker to another!!! Come to find out this has been going on since it launched (put in google search... “nest mini will not play in speaker group”) and see hundreds of threads making the same claims about these issues. Also Google’s customer service is terrible... they do not seem to care!!! These issues still aren’t resolved. Waste of money!!!

I don't know if I received a faulty unit or not but every time I try to tell it to do something it just tells me to login through the google home app even though I am 100% logged in. Multiple factory resets later and conversations with support and it's now just in storage collecting dust as I switched to an Alexa.

The order on the first phone got cancled which was a great thing for verison because that made the phone i paid nothing on so thats now the phone i have to pay full price for and the phone i paid 1000 on willget paid half price for the remaning balance. Called best buy about the hole deal and was told sorry nothing we can do.......

If I tell it to do something it'll turn down my television but then will not turn the volume backup. When I ask it to it says I do not have a TV connected to Google. Frustrating and unreliable

A. Please check if your Nest Mini is within 20 ft. from your router to make sure it is getting strong and reliable internet.
B. You can also check activity log of your Nest Mini to see if it is hearing your commands. You can do this by following the steps below:
1 - Open the Google Home app.
2 - From ""Home Screen"", tap the icon on the upper right corner (Avatar).
3 - Look for ""My Activity"".
C. You can also reboot your Nest Mini and check if it fixes the issue.
D. If the issue persists, you can take a look at the following link to factory reset your Nest Mini: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7073477

Resetting Nest Mini may be helpful in fixing some issues. This process will erase all data and you may need to set up your account again. To reset, check on the side of your device, switch the mic off. The lights will turn orange. Press and hold the center of the Nest Mini, where the lights are on top. After 5 seconds, your device will begin the factory reset process. Continue to hold for about 10 seconds more, until a sound confirms that the device is resetting.
