    Love it. Only complaint is it doesn't always do exactly what I want. For example if i ask it to play a specific song sometimes it will play something different. However the pros definitely outweigh the cons.

      Hi Abg721983, we appreciate your feedback on Nest Mini. We do apologize if you encounter some issue with the voice command at times.

      Retraining the Google Assistant with your voice for Nest Hub using the Voice Match feature may be helpful to better recognize your voice commands. Check out the steps below:
      - On your phone or tablet, open the Google Home app.
      - At the top right, tap your Profile picture or initial and then Assistant settings and then Voice Match.
      - Tap Teach your Assistant your voice again and then Retrain.

    I have set this up in kids room and have set with Google please option. Now kids are supposed to talk nicely to make it work. Love it

    I admit I got this Nest Mini free when I purchased a TV from Best Buy. I set it up and played around with it a bit. After several weeks, it decided to magically disconnect from my Google account. I unsuccessfully tried to reconnect, then resorted to removing power for a few minutes and plugging back in. The device is now bricked - no lights, no response at all. I tried a factory reset - lights, no response. I look online and see I am not the only one with this problem. Not happy, but I guess I got what I paid for. Certainly not likely to purchase another Google product.

      Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear you experienced an issue with your Nest Mini.

      If you haven't tried already, we recommend plugging your Nest Mini into another power outlet. You can perform a factory reset to see if it turns on by following the steps below:
      - Press and hold the factory reset button located below the power cord on the bottom of Home Mini. - Look for a circle etched into the base. After 5 seconds, your device will begin the factory reset process.
      - Continue to hold for about 10 seconds more until you hear a sound confirming the device is resetting.
