In less than three months it stopped working and every other week I had to reconnect it back to Google home. I had two of the newer versions and that never had any issues and there is no way good tech team also could help me. Not recommend

We recommend resetting your Nest Mini device to see if the issue may be resolved by following the steps here:
- On the side of your device, switch the mic off.
- The LEDs will turn orange. Press and hold the center of the Nest Mini, where the lights are on top.
- After 5 seconds, your device will begin the factory reset process.
- Continue to hold for about 10 seconds more until you hear a sound confirming the device is resetting.
- You may set up your Nest Mini.

There are different factors that may affect the voice recognition and the responses of Nest Mini. We recommend checking the below things to get the best experience:
- Make sure nothing covers Nest Mini that is possibly blocking the microphones.
- Check if it is powered on correctly.
- Avoid placing Nest Mini when there's an excessive background noise (next to a TV, radio etc.).
If you haven't already, you can restart Nest Mini and Wi-Fi router by unplugging the power cords from the devices. Leave them unplugged for at least a minute before plugging them back in. This will help refresh the connection.
If still unresolved, perform a factory data reset on Nest Mini then set up again. Here’s how: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7073477
