If you're experiencing audio delays with the speaker group, we recommend trying out some steps below:
- Make sure your mobile device or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as your Nest Mini.
- Cast music to the group that's playing out of sync.
- Stand between the out-of-sync speakers (or as close to in between as you can) and adjust their volume levels so you hear them both playing at about the same level.
- Open the Google Home app.
- In Home, tap the device you want to correct the group playback delay.
- Tap Settings and then > Group delay correction.
- Move the slider to the left or right until the audio sound is in sync.
If the issue persists, you may also delete your existing speaker group and just create a new one. You may follow the step by step guide on this link: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7174267

Besides controlling the volume by voice or by touch, you can also control the volume of the Google Assistant, your media, timers, and alarms using the Google Home app. Here’s how:
- Make sure your mobile device or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi network or linked to the same account as your display.
- Open the Google Home app Google Home app.
- To adjust the volume, tap Media .
