    If I had been paid $50 to leave this store with this piece of junk I would feel ripped off It doesn’t work, setup is complicated and I guess I’m creeped out that my day to day conversations are capable of being recorded and mined for data

    Worst buy I ever made, works for one month then won't work and google wont able to replace me the product because my country is not valid.

    I love my Nest Mini purchased at Best Buy Frederick. Love listening to music while cooking or just relaxing. I cannot believe how nice and clear it sounds. Easy to use. Love that is small and can just sit on a shelf out of the way. Excellent and highly recommend. Added to my Christmas list for gifts this year. So glad my family member recommended the Nest Mini to me after they bought one. Great find!

    Doesn't do anything that I ask it to do. I had a power outtage and now it wont connect to wifi. My alexa cube is way better

      Hi there, PaigeC. We appreciate your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear of your poor experience with the performance and connectivity of the Nest Mini.

      We suggest resetting your Nest speaker that might help. On the side of your device, switch the mic off. The lights will turn orange. Press and hold the center of the Nest Mini, where the lights are on top. After 5 seconds, your device will begin the factory reset process. Continue to hold for about 10 seconds more, until a sound confirms that the device is resetting. Please note this action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone. Then you can set it up again and test if Google Assistant will work. Retraining your Nest Mini to better recognize your voice, and adjusting the Hotword sensitivity may also improve the performance of Google Assistant. Check the steps on these help articles:

      - Adjust how sensitive Google Assistant is to “Hey Google: https://support.google.com/assistant/answer/9712065

    Very disappointed in the performance of the google smart speaker. It is very irregular in overall performance. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not work. We will stick with our Amazon Alexa!

    If you already have a google mini this is not worth upgrade. The much talked sound quality is a lie. Sound quality is still poor than many of its competitors

    When they work they are cool but I have multiple of them and have set them up to work together many times and it still doesn't. The sound quality sucks for music but fine for Google assistant

    It is amazing how I can have a conversation about trampolines and then very next day have ads on FB about trampolines. It is now in the basement collecting dust. I'll pass on this type of device.

    Not bad, but not great. I use it mainly to set an alarm and hear bad jokes. Bought this one to setup dual stereo sound, but the audio latency was unbearable for gaming.

      If your Nest Mini is part of a speaker group and has a significant delay or latency, we suggest performing the steps below that might clear out this issue:
      - Make sure your mobile device or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as your Nest Mini.
      - Cast audio to the group that's playing out of sync.
      - Stand between the out of sync speakers (or as close to in between as you can) and adjust their volume levels so you hear them both playing at about the same level.
      - Open the Google Home app.
      - Tap the device you want to correct the group playback delay.
      - Tap Settings > Audio > Group delay correction.
      - Move the slider to the left or right until the audio sound is in sync.

This is not the experience we want you to have with the products and services we provide. We suggest that you retrain your Nest Mini to better recognize your voice as this may help with voice control. We also suggest adjusting the Hotword sensitivity as it may also be helpful with the issue. You may follow the steps below to help improve your experience:

      Retrain Voice Match:
      - On your phone or tablet, open the Google Home app.
      - At the top right, tap your Profile picture or initial and then Assistant settings and then Voice Match.
      - Tap Teach your Assistant your voice again and then Retrain.

      Change Nest Mini's Hotword sensitivity:
      - Open your Google Home app.
      - Select your Nest Mini.
      - At the top right, tap the Settings (Gear) icon.
      - Then tap Audio.
      - Then tap "Hey Google" sensitivity and adjust the slider to make your Nest Hub more responsive to the Hotword.

    The most useless product that we have ever owned. Same as the other google product. Fingers crossed Best Buy does the right thing. Will add to feedback on last google item how Best Buy handles.

    Its ok but they have a hartd time understanding you and which speaker you're talking to. I say Hey google and every home i have all trys to answer me

To improve your experience, we recommend adjusting how sensitive Google Assistant is to “Hey Google”. You can control how often Google Assistant responds to your voice commands with the “Hey Google” sensitivity setting. This setting lets you choose how sensitive your device is to phrases that sound like “Hey Google” or “Ok Google.” Here's how:
      - Open the Google Home app.
      - At the bottom, tap Home Home.
      - Select your speaker or Smart Display.
      - At the top right, tap Device settings Settings and then Audio and then “Hey - - Google” sensitivity.
      - Choose how sensitive you want Google Assistant to be when it responds to you.
      To change this setting on another device, tap Adjust more devices.

    Works good with Google products, but horrible with Apple products. For me this wouldn’t work as I have all Apple integration. Giving it away as it didn’t work for me at all.

    Not worth it at all. Maybe it’s not as user friendly as I expected but the ease and functionality of an Alexa is much better

    It works, but even the original Google Home Mini (1st Gen) has/had a superior sound quality. This 2nd Gen Nest has way too much bass and sounds tinny even when adjusted. It certainly does make better sense as an Assistant as opposed to being a music box.
