Hi Aashish, thanks for sharing the issue with us. We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue when giving voice commands with Nest Mini.

Adjusting your Nest Mini's mic sensitivity and retraining it to better recognize your voice can be helpful with the issue. Check out the steps below:
Retrain Voice Match:
- On your phone or tablet, open the Google Home app.
- At the top right, tap your Profile picture or initial and then Assistant settings and then Voice Match.
- Tap Teach your Assistant your voice again and then Retrain.

We also recommend changing Nest Mini's hotword sensitivity:
- Open your Google Home app.
- Select your Nest Mini.
- At the top right, tap the Settings (Gear) icon.
- Then tap Audio.
- Then tap "Hey Google" sensitivity and adjust the slider to make your Nest Mini more responsive to the hotword.

Hi StephanieB, thanks for letting us know about the issue. We're sorry to hear that your Nest Mini is stuck in a loop. If you haven't tried yet, resetting Nest Mini may be helpful with the issue. Keep in mind that resetting will erase all data and that you may need to set it up again. To reset, check on the side of your device, switch the mic off. The lights will turn orange. Press and hold the center of the Nest Mini, where the lights are on top. After 5 seconds, your device will begin the factory reset process. Continue to hold for about 10 seconds more, until a sound confirms that the device is resetting.
