Please check your internet connection...” It became so frustrating that I switched to Amazon Alexa. No issues. Unfortunately I couldn’t return the Nest Mini since I got rid of the packaging.

My wife loves this product!!! She uses it every day and It probably is the best use of $49 that I've ever spent.
