Extremely useful for music streaming, timers, and other things. It works well as a media speaker or when you need a quick task done.

Basically plug and play. Works well, understands speech patterns and is very responsive. The transfer from google music to youtube is a bit of a pain as it drives the commercials a bit more but you can tie in a spotify or sirius xm account to eliminate that. Pair it up with a chromecast for some fun features as well. I would of liked a bit better volume control...the digital dots tends to confuse alot of people and saying "hey google volume 7" and then "volume 6" to adjust is just slightly annoying.

Good product for kids bedtime story :) Google’s design for the original Home Mini is cute and it fits well in almost any setting.

Product is Great. One you sync your phone and all your smart devices, it’s amazing to be able to control everything with your voice.

I had originally received one from my grandma a couple years ago but it’s been so nice to play music on, to turn on my television and my lights too. So I decided to get one for my brother for Christmas which was a perfect gift and I would highly recommend one to anyone looking for a nice gift.

Overall works well, although it does seem to have a delay at times and can get buggy as well and needs resetting (my 1st generation mini got buggy and was never able to be fixed after multiple calls with Google)

Wanted to add another node upstairs and it worked perfectly. We now have them throughout the house for radio and access to random information.

This paired with the smart bulb and plugs makes your life so much more futuristic! It’s like having a Janet (from the show “The Good Place”). You can customize morning and evening settings lights on with the alarm and ally play the daily news when you wake up, etc. The google mini was only $30! Like a tank of gas and it’s an amazing invention. Strongly recommend.
