Google home app and this device together has streamlined some very cool functionality and helps my household a lot. I did need two of these to reach all my devices neeeded but they sync up in the Google home app.

I bought these because of the upgraded sound quality of the version 2. The version 1 worked well but needed more for listening. The base response is clean and helps both with listening and voice response understability.

The Family account feature for our Google Nest products lets other people share access to your home and your Nest products in the Nest app or Google Home app. Depending on the level of shared access you choose, you can add, remove, and control the other Google Nest products. Although the Family account feature shares access to your devices, we've also taken great measures to make sure your privacy and user account is protected and well guarded, with features like 2-step verification. It's great for asking random questions throughout the day for information.

Has issues recognizing my voice sometimes, when the original the next room over hears it just fine.

It is so easy to create shopping list, reminders, music. The applications are enormous. Google is doing fantastic job with providing regular updates to keep audience engaged. This one scores above Alexa in terms of free service. I am all in for this product.
