    This speaker works well. Bass is low but not nonexistent. Voice (podcasts, news, google herself) sound clear. Lofi jams playing through it, and others it is grouped with, is so neat. Cheap way of getting whole home audio.

    It works sufficiently well most of the time. We have 5 around the house and We primarily use them for music and communication. The AI is improving but still needs development. I have to figure out the exact correct phrases in order to get it to do what I need. My biggest concern is that the device periodically disconnects from our WiFi. When this happens, I have to power cycle the device. It’s annoying. I’m excited to see the capabilities of these kinds of devices in 5 years.

      We recommend performing the troubleshooting steps below to improve the connection between your router and your Nest Mini:
      - If you have a dual band router, try setting up your Nest Mini on either the 2.4GHz or 5GHz bands and see which band is more stable.
      - Check for possible congestion with your Wi-Fi network.
      - Check for possible interference, as thick walls and other devices in your home may weaken Wi-Fi signals.
      - Bring your Nest Mini closer to your router to get better signal reception from your router.
      - Restart your Nest Mini and your Wi-Fi router. Unplugged the devices from the power outlet. Leave them unplugged for at least a minute before plugging them back in.

    Better sound, much better microphone for assistant and works great with 2 for stereo pairing. Nice wall mount capability.

    It's google assistant; Nothing can match its capabilities yet( besides Alexa). I have a small office and have one in there to control all my smart things inside. Sound quality is what it is for a tiny device, but I don't mind it when listening to a podcast or music.
