I wanted to love this. I have a gigabit frontier fios service. I needed to expand my wifi coverage to the garage and backyard without having different SSID. I thought google nest mesh would be the answer, but i am consistently getting around 100 mbps. i understand wireless will never reach full speed, but my fios router gives me wireless speeds of 500+ mbps. If only i could expand the coverage for that router. (2 stars) I like that each point is also a speaker, essentially giving you google assistant wherever you place it. (1 star)

After literally years of spotty home wi fi this was the answer! Easy set up, looks great, strong wi fi everywhere in the house, and 2 Google Assistants to boot! Extremely satisfied with this purchase.

I can definitely tell a difference between the Nest and my old router system. The second point definitely boosts the wifi signal downstairs. The google home app helps track who is using the wifi as well.

The Nest Wifi-Mesh Router system is great! The office over the garage went from barely 1 bar to full. It was a bit harder to setup than I was hoping but worth it.

Really haven't figured out how to get the to be the main point because I hooked it to my existing Google Wifi set up But being able to run the whole smart home and Wifi off Google assistant is nice

I was having Wifi problems especially in the back bedrooms. After purchasing this router with point reception is awesome. I was so happy with it that I purchased another one for my second home.

For the most part google nest works pretty good, occasionally the point will lose signal or wifi will get weaker and I have to reboot it. If that didn’t happen I would give it a 5 star.

So much to say about how great these are. I love the integrations to make life easier with news, calendar, etc. Kids can ask Google anything and helps with digital learning. "Ok, Google, how do you spell..."

Definitely do not go by the sq/ft coverage ratings from Google on these. My home is almost 4,000sq/ft and Google claims 1,600sq/ft per node roughly and 4,400sq/ft for 2 routers. So I should be able to use 2 routers and it would be fine (almost overkill) right? Wrong. I currently have 2 routers and 2 nodes and only 1 node gets a "Good" connection in the mesh test, so I am ordering another router (not cheap). I miss the 1st generation where all nodes were the same (with ethernet ports), basically just skip the nodes and get all routers because having google assistant and a speaker is not worth it. In short, double the coverage estimate from google and buy all routers.

It’s ok. For some reason I constantly have connectivity issues with one of the WiFi units. I followed all of Google’s suggestions, including getting a new modem and I still have the issue

Easy to set up. Great WiFi coverage. Only lacked speed. Would buffer streaming services that never buffered before on my older traditional Wifi router.

Not user friendly. Too expensive. Can't lock child out of stuff as purpose for buying. Not technicsl support to help makes it a bad purchase when you are not tech savy.

I didnt know if it was worth it, but its going great. Can get WIFI in the basement now and outside and garage with these extenders. Also you don't need a Google home with these as it comes with too

This system has dramatically improved the Wi-Fi in my home. I wish I took the leap to a mesh system sooner. Easily the highest quality network I've ever used. Very easy to set up as well.

Great mesh-based product that provides really good coverage across multiple floors. Easy to setup, all app-based controls, and really hassle free. Love the ease, convenience and reliability of the product.

I ended up returning this because it wasn't what I needed. Instead I bought a Netgear router and used it as an access point with an ethernet cable to bring wi-fi into the other end of my apartment.

Was easy to set up. Now everyone is able to connect to our Wi-Fi everywhere in our house. It worked as advertised. And the family likes having access to Home Assistant where ever there is a point.

Was experiencing a significant break in coverage in my apartmemt before installing the mesh. Now I have increased coverage and speed.

These mesh routers are design to obtain the best connection with your internet service. I have not had any slow receptions, good pictures, which is a big difference from the extenders I purchase before.

I used to get item's dropping off my wifi system in the past. Since I have upgraded I no long have drop off's. Furthermore, it is easy to customize and monitor activity. I would definitely buy it again.
