I have had this system for a few months, but before I had the larger 3 unit system for my house. This is the way to go, and the only reason I force a problem would be if your internet service provider is really bad. If you are supposed to be getting 100 mb then this will get you there, if not very close. I use this to stream on multiple tv's, while browsing the web and I have never had an issue with this product.

The router is just like any other router, but its the point and software that really shines. I've set up our point at our entertainment unit and its our music streaming device and hub for the family room. Its strong enough to go through several walls into the bedrooms and still provide a strong signal. The software makes knowing everything connected to this device easy to see and manage.

This system worked perfect to speed up our slow internet. So easy to set up and get started

I have Frontier 500/500 and was using their modem/router setup, then an asus router as an access point which was setup with powerline. Then I had another powerline adapter which acted as another access point. With this, no matter how I placed these items, I couldn't get proper coverage for my property. House is 1750sqft, lot 9000sqft. I have a nest doorbell, 2 outdoor cams, guard, thermostat, 3 temp sensors, 6 wyze cams, and various tablets, phones, laptops, desktop, smart TVs, chromecast and nest hubs. These devices kept having random disconnects, weak wifi signals, slow speeds. I figured the devices kept switching between the different access points / router. I decided to upgrade to a mesh network. I picked up the router w/2 points and couldn't be happier. I recommend anyone to just get the package with 2 points, the price difference isn't much for the extra point compared to buying one separately. Plus the points are also google assistants. I setup my frontier modem to only act as a modem, set the nest router next to it, replaced the 2 old access points with these and everything is behaving as it should, all my problems are gone. The Google WiFi app is also very easy to use. I'm only upset that I didn't do this sooner.

Very happy with this purchase. Easy to set up and gave us great WiFi in the dead zones of our house.

Although it didn’t work for me and my situation, I’d still give this product 4 stars because it was super simple to set up, I was able to connect and it gave pretty decent service. I’m in a very rural area where many WiFi service providers don’t cover so I was looking for this to boost my WiFi to a level where I could qualify to work from home. It did give me a little boost just not enough. If you are near a major city where service isn’t so spotty, I feel that this could work very well!

I like the Google Nest and the ease of connection and signal. Replacing my old main router with this and then with the point and using my older Google WiFi as another point was a great increase to our coverage and speeds. The router has hard wired connections while the point is with speaker. The Google Home app for setup is a little buggy in iOS, but just keep trying and eventually it works.

Needed to extend the range of my WIFI system and this did the trick. Simple to set up and use.

Easy to set up, works great, much better than other brands or models

Was previously using Comcast router/modem combo. Upgraded to Nest along with Surfboard gigabit modem and couldn't be happier. I have a strong consistent BLAZING fast connection all throughout my house and in the yard. I have a lot of smart bulbs and devices connected to this too and have never had dropped connections or slow speeds. Also super easy to set up and love all of the options it gives you. Highly recommended!

I shut off the wireless on my AT&T modem and used this. Easy to set up and great o have two access points, one of them being a speaker also that plays music or takes requests, such as "test network speed" or "test mesh" connection, and also, change thermostat. The main access point does not have the speaker so put the second network box in a place where you'd enjoy the speaker system. So glad best buy sales guy steered me here

I had some places in my home where my wifi signal was not very strong. I did some online research and Google Nest was a good, highly-rated solution. Installation was simple using my existing Google Fiber equipment. Based on the Google Home app, the performance has really increased with Nest, and I am not seeing problems with online meetings and streaming. I am very happy with the Google Nest mesh system.
